Meet on June 19th

There will be a meeting on June 19th at Acme Bowling at 3pm. Kevin and myself will not be able to make it that day because we will be at a birthday party.

If anyone has walkie-talkies that can go on multi-channels, bring them so that we can test to see if it will work with others.

But for this meeting, I would like you guys to discuss about Import Faceoff Show... Like who is going to support, who is entering/showing their cars, what kind of displays, make sure everyone gets the crew shirts by the show, bringing chairs?, bringing gazebos?, bringing coolers?, who is leaving early?, who is staying there the entire time?, a person to bring the food and drinks for the people there (of course we will pitch in for the food), what time we meeting up before the show?, this show is from 10am-5pm... bring something to keep yourself entertained like magazines, video games and etc, signs and banners, possibly since we are working with carnuts... you can get your car detailed there and get their decals to represent them also. If there is anything else I forget, please add to it.

Oh, and if someone can get those Import Faceoff flyers or print them from the computer for everyone, that would be great because spectator fee is usually $17 and with the flyers, it's $15... whatever helps lol

It would be great to get as much cars in there as possible but I know that people think that their car is too stock or whatever and its alright. But atleast come in person with your crew shirt would be great to get our names out.

Remember Jason will be out of town from June 17-22 so if you want a shirt tell him before hand or text him asap.

I believe Chris (TC) has flyers, not sure though. I really hope everyone can make it out to the Import Faceoff show, I know that only like 5 people are showing and we have 15 members so that means we will have 10 supporters hopefully! Remember we are trying to get our name out there and having a decent/large number is stronger than just a few people.

I will have my notepad ready, I bought a special leather bound folder for not taking.

i do have disount flyers for people that aren't goin to show. i have 600 of them. LOL how much is it to detail our car @ Car Nutz? cause i usually do it myself. And i will be showing my car.

Honestly, I do not know how much it would cost us to detail our cars at carnuts as I am also one of you guys who would rather wash and detail my own car because for reasons such as it's cheaper, its my own car, I am still iffy about people detailing my car, and my car isn't show quality that it needs to be cleaned to tip top shape... But I just threw out that idea to actually use one of our sponsors... Because you know, If we have sponsors, we SHOULD use them to our disposal.

Maybe the people showing can all go to carnuts together and tell them we are from imperial. Maybe they will have a banner, or stickers for us so we can advertise for them or even something for us to use to detail our cars then tell people at the show about the product, who knows, but maybe a trip down there to show the cars that will be showing to them.

Oh yeah, forgot to add, this day is Father's day so hopefully I can make it. Any chance we could have it saturday or something? If not its okay.

I was quoted 175 for a 7 stage detail...wash, claybar, 3 different polishes, 2 coats of wax
